After the 4 week introduction into Mindfulness (‘Mindfulness for Busy People’ ), this group program enables the participants to further implement the principles of Mindfulness in their lives.

 

The next 'Mindfulness Continued' program is on 29 October, 5, 12, 19, 26 November and 3 & 10 December 2015. Location: Cannon Hill.
